Shipping
We do not offer shipping at this time.  All online orders are for local in-store pickup only.

In-Store Pick Up
All online orders are in-store pickup at our store location at 129 West Torrance Blvd. Redondo Beach, CA 90277.  Beach E Biking does not ship any orders at this time.  Customer will be notified (phone, email, or text) when the item is ready at the location specified.  Online orders will be held for 7 days after the customer is notified that the order is ready.  After the 7th day, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

Returns
We offer returns on bike accessories and store merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Bring your item with its original product packaging and tags, as well as proof of purchase, to our store location for return or exchange. 

Items must be in new condition, with all original packaging, and with all manuals and accessories included.  Used or damaged items are not returnable. Items without packaging are eligible for a partial refund.

All refunds require the original receipt. Returns without a receipt will receive store credit.  Refunds will be issued in the form of purchase payment.
