Shipping
We offer shipping on a limited selection of products. All items available online are also eligible for free in-store pickup.

In-Store Pickup
Online orders can be picked up at our store located at:
129 West Torrance Blvd, Redondo Beach, CA 90277
You’ll be notified via phone, email, or text when your order is ready for pickup. Orders will be held for 7 days after notification. If not picked up within this window, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept merchandise exchanges within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible, items must be in new condition, complete with all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories.

Returns on new e-bikes are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to the manufacturer's return policy, including a restocking fee of 30% to 50%.

To process a return or exchange, please bring the item to our store with your original receipt.

• Used or damaged items are not eligible for return.
• Items missing original packaging may be eligible for a partial refund and are subject to restocking fees.
• All approved refunds are issued as store credit only.
