Shipping
We offer shipping on a limited selection of products. All items available online are also eligible for free in-store pickup.

In-Store Pickup
Online orders can be picked up at our store located at:
129 West Torrance Blvd, Redondo Beach, CA 90277
You’ll be notified via phone, email, or text when your order is ready for pickup. Orders will be held for 7 days after notification. If not picked up within this window, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept merchandise exchanges within 14 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible, items must be new and unused, and returned complete with all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories.

New e-bike returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to the manufacturer’s return policy, including a restocking fee ranging from 30% to 50%.

To request a return or exchange, the item must be brought to our store along with the original receipt.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Discounted or sale merchandise (final sale)
• Electric bike components or electrically powered parts, including but not limited to batteries, motors, controllers, displays, chargers, wiring, and sensors
• Used, installed, or damaged items

Items returned without original packaging or with missing components may be eligible for a partial refund and are subject to restocking fees.

All approved refunds are issued as store credit only.
